Keeping Track...

In case anyone was keeping track - After my first week on the New Year, No Excuses plan...I lost 5 pounds. I guess eating real food and exercising makes a difference.

I'm on week 2 of the Couch-to-5k and have started eating breakfast (lots of oatmeal). Lots of tomatoes, blueberries, fresh fruit and veggies. It's been great!

It's also lots of fun to run with the husband and A! I'm really enjoying the family exercise!

  1. way to go! I'm very impressed and motivated. I just started doing the 100 push-up and 200 sit-ups challenge. Maybe you can add those to your workout routine after you complete the 5K program :) E

  2. I am doing the c25k program too! I finished week 2 today! So far so good!
